For customers relying upon qualifying airsoft activities, we may process information including:

Being aged 18 or over does not, by itself, establish sufficient grounds for the sale of a RIF.

6. UKARA VERIFICATION

Where you provide UKARA information in support of a proposed RIF transaction, Airsoft 247 Limited may use the information supplied to verify the relevant UKARA registration.

We may compare information supplied during the order process with information available through the appropriate UKARA verification system.

This is undertaken for the purpose of establishing whether the information supplied corresponds with a current registration and whether Airsoft 247 Limited is reasonably satisfied that the proposed RIF transaction can proceed.

We may retain an appropriate record that the verification was undertaken together with the verification reference, date and outcome.

A UKARA registration is treated as evidence supporting the verification process and not as an automatic entitlement to purchase a RIF.

7. S.W.A.T. – P.A.S.S. VERIFICATION

Airsoft 247 Limited recognises S.W.A.T. – P.A.S.S. (Player Approval Site System) as an accepted method of verifying evidence supporting a customer's airsoft-skirmishing defence.

Airsoft 247 Limited has direct authorised access to the S.W.A.T. – P.A.S.S. system.

Where a customer relies upon S.W.A.T. – P.A.S.S. in connection with a RIF transaction, Airsoft 247 Limited may directly access the P.A.S.S. system to confirm the customer's identity, relevant player information and current approval status.

Information accessed may include name, date of birth, residential address or postcode, S.W.A.T. membership/P.A.S.S. reference, player approval status and relevant verification information.

The information provided by the customer may be compared directly against the information held within the P.A.S.S. system.

Airsoft 247 Limited does not need to rely solely upon a membership card, number, screenshot, photograph or verbal declaration presented by the purchaser because we have direct authorised access to the verification system.

We may maintain an appropriate record of the verification undertaken and its outcome.

S.W.A.T. – P.A.S.S. is a verification and evidence system and does not itself constitute a firearms licence, certificate or automatic entitlement to purchase a RIF.

The final decision whether to complete a RIF transaction remains with Airsoft 247 Limited.
